Eligibility
- SNU Members: faculty, staff members, students (undergraduates, graduates in master’s or doctoral program, including students on a leave of absence), graduate school research students, researchers, Language Education Institute (LEI) students, etc.
- Not available for: students who completed the course and didn't register as research students, graduates
Operating Hours for Medical Tests
Types available all day long
- For Gwanak dormitory admission, family house admission, an immunization certificate in English, a radiation worker license application (medical staff, pharmacist, dietitian), a study abroad application,Drug test certificate
Types available afternoon only
- For employment (public official, general) purposes, a medical certificate in English, a visa application
Procedure

Check the type of certificate that you need. According to the certificate type, visit us during the corresponding operating hours for medical tests. Bring your student ID or identification card.

Register and pay at the reception (Room No. 329).

Receive medical tests as per needed.

Revisit on the scheduled day of the issuance and pick up of your certificate
Bring your student ID and required preparatory documents.* The issuance of certificates is available only in the afternoon (1:30 pm ~ 5:30 pm).

Cost
The costs of medical tests or vaccinations may change over time.
You can get a discount for duplicated test items if you receive a SNU Student Health Checkup at once.
