Preparations
1. Bring your identification card.
※ Identification card list : National ID, driver's license, passport, disability ID, alien ID, health insurance card, mobile National ID/health insurance card, etc.
※ student ID card is available for student health checkup, vaccination, Non-insured service.
2. Please fast for 12 hours when you need to fast for blood tests (only plain drinking water is allowed).
3. Bring relevant documents for the issuance of a medical certificate.
Process
Appointment
- You can make a reservation on our website from a month before and to a day before the intended date of your visit.
- A reservation is not always required for a medical consultation with a doctor, except at the Mental Health Clinic. But waiting time can be prolonged, so we recommend you to make an on-line reservation.
Registration
- Register at the reception (Room No. 329) with your identification card.
- Registration is necessary even for those who have made a reservation in advance. Please let our staff know whether you have made a reservation.
Consultation with a Doctor
- You can obtain a medical consultation following the registration.
- Waiting time can be prolonged if many patients visit at the same time.
- Emergency patients are prioritized regardless of waiting order.
- According to the circumstances, the consultation time of those who have made a reservation in advance may be delayed.
Payment
- After payment has been made at the reception, you can pick up your prescription at the reception.
You can purchase medicine from the pharmacy located on the second floor of the same building or any off-campus pharmacies.
(If necessary) Injection or Medical Tests
- When a doctor has prescribed an injection or some medical tests, please follow the procedure.
- Injection: Get an injection at the injection room.
- Medical tests: Based on the prescription, go to the laboratory room (Room No. 336), electrocardiography room (Room No. 337), or radiology room (Room No. 317), accordingly. You may have to visit again to see the test results. Each test takes a different amount of time to obtain a final report.
